Ying-Chih work focuses on circular development and sustainable urban transition. At ICLEI, he facilitates industrial legacy cities toward just and sustainable transition. His previous experience includes urban research and public service design at Technical University Berlin, German Development Agency (GIZ), and the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D., 'Radical Learning' centers on an agile learning process fostering innovations in design education.
