Rodrigo Perpétuo is Executive Secretary of ICLEI South America. He has a specialization in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral
and in Decentralized Cooperation from Universidade Aberta de Catalunya. In his career he was Head of the International Relations Advisory of the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, Municipal Secretary of International Relations of the Belo Horizonte City Hall, in addition to being a professor at institutions such as Ibmec, Fundação and UniBH.
